Common questions
I'm not getting push notifications.
Check iPhone Settings → Notifications → Mirror — make sure notifications are allowed and banners are turned on. If a Focus mode is active (sleep, work, etc.) it may also silence non-time-sensitive alerts. To test, set a task due 2–3 minutes from now and lock your phone.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your tasks, goals, reflections, and Mirror's memory of you. It can't be undone.
How do I cancel Mirror +?
iPhone Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Mirror → Cancel Subscription. Apple handles all subscription billing.
What's the daily chat limit on the free tier?
The free tier includes 10 user messages to Mirror per local day. The limit resets at midnight in your timezone. Mirror + removes the limit entirely.
I see something Mirror got wrong about me.
Mirror's observations are guesses, not verdicts. Edit your "About you" block in the profile sheet to correct context Mirror is working from, or just tell Mirror directly in a chat — it adjusts.
Is my data private?
Yes. We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use your content to train any model. Details in our Privacy Policy.
